Description<\/strong>:-
\nSun Yellow is manufactured from Marigold flower petals.
\nThere are many varieties of marigold flower, our sun yellow is from African marigold plant. The African marigold plant is hardy, annual and grows about 90 cm tall, erect and branched. Leaves are pinnately divided and leaflets are lanceolate and serrated. Flowers are single to fully double with large globular heads. The florets are either 2-lipped or quilled. Flower colour varies from lemon yellow to yellow, golden yellow or orange.
\nWe have hired farmers for growing same verity of marigold flower for us from the same field which enables us to maintain lot to lot variation. Also it provides them employment and good wages.<\/p>\n

Dyeing process<\/strong> :-
\nMordant the cellulose Fibers with Alum 10% Wof for 30 mins at 80C.
\nAfter Mordanting one wash to the fiber,
\nTake Sun Yellow as per the desired shade, for medium take 5% wof and dye the fiber for 1 hour at 100C.
